Phone and SMS communications (TCPA)

When you submit your phone number through a form on our website, you provide express written consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) to be contacted by Junk Car Cash Now and our partner buyers about your specific vehicle offer — including by automated telephone dialing systems, prerecorded or artificial voice messages, and SMS text messages — at the number you provide, even if it is on a Do Not Call list. Your choices

• Stop calls or texts: tell us on any call, or reply STOP to any SMS.
• Request what we have: email us (below) and we will tell you what personal information we have about you.
• Request deletion: email us and we will delete your personal information, except where we are required to keep records of a completed transaction.
• California residents: you have rights under the CCPA/CPRA to know, delete, and opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of your information. As stated above, we do not sell personal information. To exercise your rights, contact us.

Data retention

We keep your information only as long as needed to complete the transaction, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Quote-only inquiries that do not result in a pickup are typically deleted within 24 months.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
