These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of junkcarcashnow.com and the services offered through it (the “Service”), operated by Junk Car Cash Now. By using the site, requesting an offer by phone or web form, or accepting a pickup, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

What we do

Junk Car Cash Now helps people sell junk, damaged, and end-of-life vehicles for cash. We connect sellers with licensed partner buyers and tow operators who quote, schedule, and complete the purchase and removal of the vehicle. In some cases we, our partners, or affiliated aggregators make the offer and arrange the pickup.

Quotes and offers

• Quotes are estimates. Any price range or quote we or a partner give is based on the information you provide (year, make, model, condition, location). It is not a binding offer until a buyer confirms it.
• Final offer at inspection. The final price is confirmed when the vehicle is seen in person. If the vehicle’s actual condition differs materially from what was described, the offer may be adjusted, and you are free to decline.
• No obligation. You are never obligated to accept an offer, and we are not obligated to purchase any vehicle.

Your responsibilities as a seller

• You represent that you are the legal owner of the vehicle or are authorized to sell it.
• You agree to provide accurate information about the vehicle and its condition.
• You are responsible for removing personal belongings and license plates before pickup, and for any paperwork your state requires to transfer ownership (such as a title, or the applicable derelict/lost-title forms).
• You agree to complete the title transfer or required paperwork honestly at the time of sale.

Partner buyers and aggregators

When you request an offer, your request and contact details may be shared with one or more licensed partner buyers, tow operators, or lead aggregators so they can quote and complete the transaction. Those partners are independent businesses responsible for their own pricing, scheduling, conduct, and communications. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of independent partners, though we choose partners we believe are reputable.

Communications

By contacting us or submitting your information, you agree to be contacted about your request as described in our Privacy Policy. Phone and SMS consent terms, including how to opt out, are described there.

No warranties

The Service and the website are provided “as is.” We do not warrant that the site will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any quote, estimate, or information on the site is complete or accurate for your specific situation. Statutory references and paperwork guidance on the site are general information, not legal advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Junk Car Cash Now and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount of the transaction at issue.

Intellectual property

The site’s content, layout, and branding are owned by Junk Car Cash Now and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Updated” date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
